No Cancellation Fee (24 hours or more before check-in):
- If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your check-in date, there will be no or a minimal cancellation fee (not more than 5% of the reservation total).

Cancellation Fee (Within 24 hours of check-in):
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This means the full cost of your booking will be charged
